The family desk is inside the main entrance at Salt Lake. Ask there for a ward, a cabin, or a wheelchair.
Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to midnight. Sunday, 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. Two visitors at a bedside. Children under 12 stay in the lounge unless a nurse says otherwise.
A photo ID, earlier reports, the medicine list, and the insurance card if you have one. Leave valuables at home.
One attendant can stay overnight in a cabin. Shared rooms allow an attendant until 10 pm. Meals for attendants are sold at the ground-floor counter, not on the ward.
