Desk hours for bookings: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Say the department, the patient's name, a phone number, and whether this is a first visit. This phone number is a placeholder.
The desk repeats the time back to you. Bring a photo ID and old reports. Arrive 20 minutes early for registration. If you cannot come, call and free the slot.
